Your Privacy Choices

1. Your website preferences

Use the globe button in the header to choose English or Spanish. Your selection is saved in this browser when local storage is available. You can remove that saved selection below; the website will return to English.

This removes only the website’s language preference in this browser. It does not delete emails, app data, an app account, or data held by external services. You can also remove this website’s stored data using your browser settings.

2. Privacy requests

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that may apply to you, email info@yaiego.com. Tell us the type of request, the service involved, and the email address you used to contact us. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.

The email link opens your email application. A request is not sent until you send the email. We will review requests under applicable law and may ask for appropriate verification. Deletion is not automatic and may be limited by legal recordkeeping or other applicable requirements.

3. App and device settings

Website preferences do not change app settings. In the customer app, where available, use Privacy and notifications in your profile or the privacy settings on access screens to manage optional analytics, diagnostics, and notifications. Analytics and diagnostics are off by default in the current app implementation.

You can also manage notification and location permissions in your phone’s operating-system settings. Turning off future collection does not automatically delete information already sent. For account or data requests, contact us by email.

4. Advertising and external platforms

The current public website has no advertising or optional analytics trackers, so there is no advertising-consent switch on this page. Facebook, Instagram, app stores, and email services have their own privacy controls. Changing preferences here does not change settings on those platforms.
