Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Yaiego is developing a platform to help people discover food, shopping, payments, and services in their city. This policy describes information handled through this public website and communications sent to info@yaiego.com.

The app is a separate experience. Information about accounts, orders, payments, delivery addresses, and app permissions must be provided within the app when those features are available. Browsing this website does not create an app account or place an order.

2. Information you provide

When you email us about support, business registration, delivery opportunities, or privacy, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or sensitive identity documents.

When you submit a business or delivery application, its contact details, location, operating information, and contact permission are sent to Yaiego through a protected Firebase function and stored in a private application database for review. No account or approval is created automatically. Application data is kept for review and follow-up. You can contact info@yaiego.com to request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Browser storage is not used to save form entries. Your browser may separately offer autofill or form restoration.

3. Website storage and technical information

This website stores your chosen language in your browser’s local storage under yaiego-language, when storage is available. This preference stays in that browser and is used to display the site in English or Spanish.

The current website code does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, a location-permission request, or an account-registration form. Hosting and network services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information, and error logs to deliver and secure the site.

Application forms use Google Firebase, App Check, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise to verify the browser and reduce automated abuse. These services may process browser, device, network, and usage signals under Google’s privacy policy, including processing outside your country. The server uses keyed hashes of network and contact identifiers for submission limits; it does not store raw IP addresses in application records. These anti-abuse records are used to enforce submission limits and recognize retries. Contact us with questions about their retention. Hosting providers may separately retain network logs.

4. How information is used and shared

We use inquiries to respond, provide support, and discuss business or delivery opportunities. Technical information supports site operation, troubleshooting, and security. The language preference is used only to remember your selected language.

Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. This website does not contain advertising technology that sells or shares browsing activity for targeted advertising.

5. External services

Facebook, Instagram, app stores, and your email application are separate services. Opening their links may share technical information with them, and their own privacy policies apply. Their content and privacy settings are not controlled by this website.

6. Retention and security

The language preference remains until you reset it or clear the browser’s site data. Inquiries and technical records should be kept only as needed for their purpose, security, and applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period for email or hosting logs is stated here because it depends on the service configuration and the nature of the request.

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us without sending additional sensitive information.

7. Your choices and requests

You can change the website language, clear its saved preference, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or ask about other rights available under applicable law. We may need proportionate verification before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

8. Children, updates, and contact

This public website is not directed at children and does not ask them to create accounts. If a child has sent personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us. Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
