These terms describe use of Yaiego’s public website. The site introduces the Yaiego project, its categories, and ways to contact us. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to info@yaiego.com.

2. Availability and illustrative content

App previews and category illustrations are demonstrations. They do not confirm that a particular merchant, product, payment service, delivery service, or coverage area is available. Availability depends on the city, participating providers, and the features actually enabled in the app.

A store button without a published app listing may show a coming-soon message. This website does not take orders or payments. Prices, fees, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and any regulated services require their own disclosures and applicable terms when offered.

3. Business and delivery inquiries

The business and delivery forms submit applications for review when you select Submit application. Receipt of an application does not register an approved business, create a delivery account, guarantee acceptance, or establish employment, agency, or a commercial partnership. Any future relationship requires separate review and an appropriate agreement.

4. Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, impersonate another person, or send fraudulent or unlawful material. Do not use our contact channels to send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

5. Brand and content

The Yaiego name, logo, original artwork, and website content belong to Yaiego or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to public pages. Reuse of protected materials requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Do not imply endorsement or association without authorization.

6. Third-party services and privacy

External links may open social networks, app stores, or your email application. Those services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before providing information or completing a transaction.

7. Changes, interruptions, and your rights

We may update website content and features as the project develops. The website may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We aim to provide accurate information, but you should confirm service availability through the app or by contacting us.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection or other law. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights or accept a particular arbitration process. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
